The colours that Keesh chose for her challenge this week just cried out for some sponging and blending. I wasn't sure how or what stamps to use, or even if I'd have time this week with the long 'to do' list that I have. But I couldn't resist the temptation to play with ink this afternoon — just in time for the challenge!
I won't go into any detail about how it was done, it's just a quick post from me tonight. I had better go and work on the other things that need doing!
Thanks for stopping by, have a great weekend :)
As usual you've come up with a stunning card Shelley! It's just gorgeous.
ReplyDeletevery nice, the effect is lovely!
ReplyDeleteThe sponging and blending on this make it quite a work of art. You;ll have to share with us how you created such a dramatic effect. It's just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card Shelley - love the graduating colours, and you use my highest on the wish list stamp set! Beautiful;) Jo
ReplyDeleteThis card is magical Shelly! I love it to bits. I've not heard of the 'bleeding" techy before, perhaps an explanation?? I love the warm feeling this card gives. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteWOW Shelley, You are soooo good at these multicoloured backgrounds! I absolutely LOVE what you have created here, with the sunset and flowers.. just beautiful. Thanks so much for playing! Love keesh x
ReplyDeleteI left a comment this morning but it doesn't seem to be here :-(
ReplyDeleteCongrats on winning, so well deserved. My comment this morning was that it is a stunning card, and my fav entry. Glad Keesh agreed!!
